Prenatal
| Prenatal education | One 2-hour session of prenatal education. Popular topics include: – Birthing preferences – Labor and comfort techniques – Support person prep – Newborn care Payment can be applied to a birth support package of a later date, pending availability. | $200 |
Labor & Delivery Support
| Birth support package | Includes: – 2 prenatal sessions, topics of your choice (additional sessions can be added on at-cost) – Experienced advice for prenatal home organizing – On-call beginning at 38 weeks; with back-up doula contact in case of emergency – Labor & delivery support through active labor – 1 postpartum follow-up session | $2200 |
Postpartum / Baby Care
| Postpartum package | Includes: – 1 prenatal introductory visit – 64 hours for baby care and all the other things you forgot you do around the house. Hours can be used for a combination of day or overnight shifts over the general course of a month. Package sizes can be customized; hours will be prorated – Optional focus on care modeled after the Chinese cultural tradition of zuo yue zi | $3360 |
| Newborn school | One 4-hour working session for parents with newborns under 1 month. Get hands-on instruction with babywearing, bathing, feeding, age-appropriate engagement (e.g. baby massage, tummy time) and whatever else comes up during our time together. Included in the postpartum package. | $280 |
| A la carte / By the hour | Care support outside of packages at an hourly rate of $55/hour. Shifts have a 4-hour minimum. | $220 |
| Aftercare | One 4-hour care shift for infants over 3 months. Available to past package clients only. | $180 |
